What is a Prepay Wallet?
Once you set up a Sky Player payment account the Prepay Wallet is automatically created. Whether you choose to use it is up to you. However it will give you the ability to add funds from your credit card (which you set up earlier) into the wallet, therefore not always purchasing items on Sky Player directly from your credit card, to add funds that secondry users can then use to purchase programmes and also allow you to control and budget the spending on Sky Player.
How do I cancel my Prepay Wallet account?
To close your Prepay Wallet account, please follow the procedure below:
1. Log into Sky Player.
2. Click on Account & Settings.
3. Click on PrePay Wallet.
4. Login using their Sky Player username and password.
5. Click on Close Account.
6. Confirm by clicking Yes, close account.
How do I create a Prepay Wallet?
Create Prepay Wallet
1. Log into the Sky Player.
2. Click on Account & Settings.
3. Click on PrePay Wallet.
Hint:The default download location will be pre populated.
4. Log in using your Sky Player username and password.
5. Complete Create Account form.
Hint:
*Enter a valid e-Mail address.
*Enter mothers maiden name and favourite place
*These will be used at a later date if the password is forgotten.
6. Scroll down to read and accept Terms and Conditions then click Create Account.
Hint: If there is already an account created with the e-Mail address entered, the following error will appear. There is already an account registered with the email address you have entered.
7. Enter a different e-Mail address then retype to confirm it.
8. Click Create Account to finish the process.
How do I set up a direct debit for my Prepay Wallet?
Setup Direct Debit
1. Log into Sky Player.
2. Click on Account & Settings.
3. Click on PrePay Wallet.
4. Login using their Sky Player username and password.
5. Click on Setup a Credit or Debit Card.
6. Supply the credit/debit card details and billing address then click Setup Card.
How do I topup my Prepay Wallet?
Topup Prepay Wallet
1. Log into the Sky Player.
2. Click on Account & Settings.
3. Click on PrePay Wallet.
4. Login using their Sky Player username and password.
5. Click on Topup Wallet.
6. Select the wallet wishing to be topped up and choose the amount from the drop-down.
Hint: There is also the option to enable Auto Topup if the wallet falls below a specified amount.
7. On the form has been completed, click Topup.
How do I update my details on my Prepay Wallet account?
1. Log into Sky Player.
2. Click on Account & Settings.
3. Click on PrePay Wallet.
4. Login using their Sky Player username and password.
5. Click on Review Order History to view their recent purchases and subscriptions.
Why is my Prepay Wallet sitting at closed/suspended?
This can happen due to a period of inactivity on the account. If there was any credit still on your account, it will still be there. To correct this contact the Sky Player team.
