The Game Plan
The Rock - or Dwayne Johnson as he's now known - proves to be as soft as butter in this engaging tale of a superstar football pro who discovers the daughter he never he knew he had. Johnson is just fine as the preening narcissus brought crashingly down to earth by the childcare demands of pint-size progeny Peyton (newcomer Madison Pettis). Kyra Sedgwick is the scene-stealing PR harridan who's caught between The Rock and an advertising space.
