Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
The second outing for the archaeologist action man sees him in India investigating an ancient cult that has kidnapped local children to dig for precious stones that will control the world. Generally considered the least successful of the Indiana Jones trilogy, Temple of Doom is still fantasy film making of the first order, lacking Raiders’ sparkling script but brimming with crowd-pleasing invention.
